There’s a point at which our involvement on a project comes to an end. But that doesn’t have to be where our commitment stops. That’s why we’re launching the Calibro Client Care Questionnaire as part of our commitment to quality and adding even greater value to client relationships.

This online questionnaire will be sent to our existing clients over the coming days to help us learn more about their recent experience of working with Calibro – covering onboarding, communication, and output. As a dynamic, progressive consultancy, we care about our ways of working, and how we collaborate with clients. Our teams are always looking for ways to change and improve and deliver more across all services and sectors.

Stuart Choak, Calibro’s Managing Director, explains the consultancy’s attitude towards to quality and continuous improvement:

Strengthening our quality

Calibro's commitment to quality ISO 9001 certification

As further evidence of our commitment to quality, we were really pleased when Patricia Jones agreed to join the team as QMS Assistant in April this year.

Patricia’s role will be to maintain and develop our existing Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015) operating with complete independence of our technical teams – ensuring real-time compliance and freedom to deploy the optimum processes to support our technical outputs.

Through the different ways we’re focusing on quality and improvement, Calibro continues to evolve: to go even further in helping projects get the green light.
