We’re delighted to share the next chapter in our Northern journey: Calibro has opened its Manchester office, led by Keith York, Technical Director and figurehead of our Manchester team.
Keith will support Rich Woods, Head of Transport Planning, and work closely with Patrick Goodey in Leeds, bringing a collaborative, joined-up approach across the M62 corridor that connects our teams, clients, and communities.

He’s previously worked with Rich and Stuart Choak at a consultancy where they built a trusted, long-standing working relationship. They’ve stayed close ever since, so Keith joining Calibro is a natural step that aligns with our values and mission.

Keith’s Story – Rooted in the North
Keith is from Warrington, so he’s always been embedded in the region. Outside of work, he loves camping, skiing, travelling, and the outdoors lifestyle. Professionally, Keith brings 32 years of experience managing transport and civil engineering teams, delivering projects across mixed-use, residential, commercial, industrial, education, and leisure sectors.
