We were delighted to receive the green light from Cardiff Council Planning Committee this week – subject to legal agreement and conditions – for Silver Crescent Developments to press ahead with their proposal to regenerate the commercial neighbourhood shopping centre at Clearwater Way, Cyncoed, Cardiff.
We provided transport consultancy services to planning consultants agents LRM Planning with a view to justifying and improving car parking provision and layout at the proposed site, which will include extended and refurbished shops and 15 new apartments.
The rejuvenation will be a huge benefit to the local community, with the contemporary design by Pentan Architects providing a vibrant aesthetic appeal.
The planning committee vote was a resounding 10 to 1, a testament to the comprehensive and coordinated team work that went into this proposal and Silver Crescent Developments’ forward-thinking vision.
