Calibro’s Infrastructure Team has been appointed by Redcliffe Homes Ltd to provide a full range of engineering services in respect of their newly acquired interest in the Hempstead Village area of Gloucester, an upmarket district of the city.
The site benefits from a draft allocation for up to thirty-five homes and Calibro will be providing Flood Risk, Drainage and Utilities assessments to support a future planning application. Our work will also include detailed ground modelling and design of on-site highways and drainage (including all section agreements), site levels including plot finished floor levels, underbuild requirements and setting out information.
