Thanks to our great Clients, Partners, Colleagues, Family and Friends, we’re celebrating the completion of our first year in business.
Over our first twelve months in business, we’ve learned a lot!
We’ve learned that we already have great relationships with fantastic clients and we’re looking forward to strengthening these even further. We’ve learned that we much prefer to develop partnerships with our clients and suppliers, rather than working solely on a transactional basis. And we’ve learned that you can develop a team with enough hunger and motivation to mirror your own ambitions!
We’ve gone from one man working in the back bedroom to a team of eight of the very best professionals we could wish to work with, operating from a modern open-plan city-centre office with room to grow.
We’ve gone from a transport planning consultancy to an integrated infrastructure engineering practice, offering Flood Risk Assessments, Drainage Designs (detailed and outline), Hydraulic Modelling, Ground Modelling and Site Supervision and Contract Management.
We’ve gone from a simple of hope of work to having worked on (or currently working on) over 130 commisions, ranging from just a few dwellings to strategic land promotions of over 1,500 dwellings, urban regeneration sites totalling 1,500 dwellings, two stadia projects, retail parks and renewable energy facilities. We’re working with prestiguous clients such as Barrat David Wilson Homes, Taylor Wimpey, The Dorchester Group, Aberdeen Asset Management, Legal & General, and the University of South Wales.
So what about our next twelve months?
Well, its not rocket science. We will continue to employ and look after the very best professionals in the market to deliver the exceptional service that our clients are already benefiting from. We will continue to innovate and invest in our analysis methods to ensure that we can provide the very best case in support of development.
And, most importantly, we’ll have fun along the way!
